daily is tough...

SO, I have learned that to blog each day takes a lot of work. A dedication, a committment, that is hard to find. So, I will continue to come here as often as possible and tell you what is going on.

Right now, at this moment, I am not writing. I need to take some time and narrow my scope. I have all of these ideas of novels running through my head, a lot of them started and I am just not sure which way to go here. I think they are all my best work yet, so it isn't a lack of creation that is causing my delay, it is a lack of direction.

Here is a glimpse of where the works are:

Carousel- has been renamed Anachronism. It is a perfect title for it. About 60% done, reworking constantly, but I am pleased with its progress and its story. I think you will be too.

antiTHEsis- is a soul searching journey telling the life of a young pastor. To stay true to his beliefs he has always done things the same way. He goes the same way to work, he wears the same suits on the different days of the week. Everyone calls him superstitious. When he is forced to take a different route to work....could everything change?

The city slept- The work I am most excited about. It involves a business trip with some young urban professionals into the city I love so much. New York City is the backdrop for this story of 5 men who come from different backgrounds and regions yet find some common bonds...and some not so common. It is a much better story than this reads, but I dont want to give away to much information.

a life in the day- this is a concept work. I am not sure what length it will turn out to be, but it will be extremely difficult to do. I love stream writing, taking thoughts from my brain and writing them down...this will be the thoughts as they happen taken straight from my mind. Not sure if it will work, but creation and experimentation go along very well...

Ok, i am done for now...i have made up for some lost time, and even given you a peak into more.
