So, it has been a while....

Well, lots going on...some of which I will share with you tonight.

VACATION.

My family went on its first vacation in 6 years. The last time we went out of town for anything recreationally oriented as a family was my honeymoon. This past week I had the great plaeasure of spending time with my family where I had spent so many years with my parents when I was a kid. The Great Smoky Mountains.

We stayed at the same hotel we used to 20 years ago. It has NOT changed one bit...it is still as clean as ever, and the price is amazing. It was about 55 bucks per night. UNREAL! Balcony, huge balcony, with a private view of the Mountains. Relaxing, refreshing...perfect.

I will be posting pictures when I can.... I have some neat ones....I really think you will enjoy them.

All in all...I am doing very well...and the family is too. We had our second baby appt today to verify the sex of our new baby...and AGAIN, the baby would not co-operate..so we have no idea. Maybe next week....we have another dr's appt.

Anyway, I gotta run....I look forward to talking to you soon and sharing some pics from the Smokys with you.

NORMAL. I got this information late last week in a voicemail from my doctors nurse.

I will never go to them again. Ever. They treated what I considered to be a serious problem like it was a muffler shop.

Still Waiting

I am firing my doctor as soon as I get my results back. Unreal we are 11 days after the test and still no word. I am assuming it isn't very serious if it has taken this long.

I am hoping I am right.

I am well, hanging in there, and on the verge of something exciting. I cannot release details yet, it has NOTHING TO DO with writing...which I have virtually stopped doing. And I know you hate encryptic posts, but this will have to sufice. By November 1...I will have news of a life changing status.

Prayers are powerful. Have you talked to God today? He wants to hear from you. He always listens. My prayer today is that you would try it, if you have not. And that you would go back to Him if you left.

It's not enough to believe that Jesus can save; you have to ask him to do it.
